Terms of Service

These terms cover the games made by 3GA Labs and this website. By playing one of our games you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
1. Who you are agreeing with
3GA Labs is the trading name of Tomas Vanloock, an independent game developer operating as a sole trader. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean 3GA Labs, and "you" mean you.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You do not own the game itself. Please do not copy it, sell it, rent it, reverse engineer it, strip assets out of it, or publish modified versions of it.
You may absolutely stream it, record it, make videos about it and monetise those videos. That is a kindness to us, not a problem.
3. Age
Our games are suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and especially to spend money. If you are a parent, section 5 is the one to read.
4. Virtual items
Our games contain virtual currency and virtual items, such as gems, staff cards and the Haven Pass. These are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not money, they have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for real money or legal tender, and they cannot be sold or transferred to another player or another account.
We may add, change, rebalance or retire virtual items as we keep developing the game, which is how games get better. If we ever discontinue a game entirely, your virtual items stop working with it, and we will give reasonable notice before that happens.
5. In-app purchases and refunds
Purchases are optional. Nothing in our games is required to be bought in order to play.
Every purchase is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. They take the payment, they issue the receipt, and they handle refunds under their own policies. We never see your card details. If you want a refund, ask the store, and our support page has the links and will help you if you get stuck.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have statutory rights about digital content that these terms do not take away. Notably, by starting to use digital content immediately you may lose the 14 day right of withdrawal, and that is a store level choice you make at checkout rather than something we control.
6. Fair play
Please do not cheat with modified clients, memory editors or automation, and please do not exploit a bug to generate currency. We would rather fix the bug than punish you, so tell us about it. If someone is systematically abusing a game in a way that harms other players or our ability to keep making it, we may stop supporting their installation.
7. Things we cannot promise
Our games are provided as they are. We work hard on them and we test them, but we cannot promise they will be free of bugs, or that they will run on every device, or that they will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty euro.
8. Privacy
What we collect and what we do not is set out in full in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the games change. When we do, we will update the version and date at the top of this page, and announce material changes in the game's update notes. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, that is your acceptance of it. If you do not accept it, stop playing and delete the game.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
